Completion of an FakeID.com order form signifies your acceptance and understanding of our strict terms and conditions with no exceptions or amendments.
As current US fedaral laws do not allow the sale of our products we cannot Ship to the USA, any monnies sent to us from such regions may not be returned
Novelty cards and their ownership may be illegal in some countries. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the product is legal in the customers region before purchasing any product from FakeID. The procurement of an FakeID novelty card you declare that ownership of novelty cards is legitimate in your place of residence.
All of our cards are sold purely as novelties. They have no officially recognised status and obviously don't confer any rights or special privileges of any kind on the bearer.
None of these cards are official, or intended to be official, in any way, nor are they meant as copies of, or attempts to pass off as, any existing original card. FakeID retain the right to refuse any applicants request on any grounds.
FakeID will not be held responsible for stolen, lost or damaged cards and are under no obligation whatsoever to replace such cards. FakeID accept no liability for the misuse of our cards whether it be direct, indirect or consequential.
By purchasing one of FakeIDs' cards You declare that you are not now, nor have you ever been, employed by or working with any form of law enforcement, investigative agency, or media.
The term 'Fake ID' is generic has no implicit meaning and is used only to generate increased traffic to the FakeID website.
FakeID do not encourage the use of false identification in an attempt to try and identify yourself as someone else or to attempt to give misleading details.
FakeID is a trading name of Secondary Solutions and when using this site or entering into any correspondence with FakeID you acknowledge that you are aware of such.
All data supplied by the customer to FakeID.com is understood to be true at the time stated on the application form, or the time at which orders are processed.
Misuse of any card may be illegal, whether as a result of misrepresentation, fraud, abuse, or other. If you choose to misuse this card for anything other than its purpose of a novelty card you recognise that you may be breaking the law.
FakeID will not be held responsible for any postal strikes or any other such delay in the delivery of your card once it has left FakeID.
When sending photographs or other items to FakeID you acknowledge proof of posting is not proof of delivery, please use alternative services for this or via upload through the website.
